When I called to set up my first puppy appointment, the staff was very kind and friendly. Upon visiting for the first time, I was initially disappointed. The waiting room area was a little cluttered, there were birds and cats everywhere, and it didn't seem as sanitary as I expected. However, the vet and assistants were wonderful with my puppy. I am continuing to use this vet because they have great prices and good service.
