My elderly mother took a dog there for a bleeding mole after phoning them and being assured no bloodwork would be needed, and they would look at removing the mole. They then told her they needed bloodwork. Then they said they couldn't remove the band-aid to look at the mole because the doctor wasn't in, and prescribed $76 worth of antibiotics. Over $100 and the problem wasn't even remotely addressed.
