They are wonderful to deal with. At times, they can be very busy, so it's difficult to get in and out. I've always boarded my pets there, and they go the extra mile, even coming out on Sunday so you can get your pet back earlier.

The whole staff at Franks/Hayes are very loving people. They Care about the Animals. I have dealt with them allot from Birth of Dogs to dealing with My Pom with seizures to losing dogs. They are behind you all the way. They care what you think
